Chad Gilpin, PE, LGPP
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
Chad is a co-founder and principal of Gilpin Engineering, LLC, with over 25 years of experience in organizing and managing multi-disciplined design teams. Chad currently serves as the Consulting City Engineer for the Cities of Dripping Springs & Wimberley, and the Village of Bear Creek.
Charlotte Gilpin, PE, CFM, LGPP
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
Charlotte is a stormwater engineer with expertise in hydrology and hydraulics analysis and design, stormwater & water quality management and impact assessments. With a perpetual focus on policy and sustainability, she frequently serves in interdisciplinary management roles for projects and programs.

Ryan Bell, PE, LGPP
SENIOR ENGINEER
Ryan is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager with over 23 years of experience designing transportation, water, wastewater, and land development projects along with his expertise in coordinating field surveying and construction materials testing operations.
Dan Cryan, PE
PROJECT ENGINEER
Dan is a Design Engineer and Project Manager with over 12 years of experience designing and managing the construction administration of transportation, pedestrian facilities, stormwater drainage, and park improvement projects across Texas.
