CITY OF DRIPPING SPRINGS - DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN
Gilpin worked closely with City Staff, the TIRZ board, and downtown stakeholders to develop a Downtown Road, Sidewalk and Drainage Master Plan. The plan identifies a phased set of roadway, sidewalk and utility improvement projects to improve the downtown area consistent with the City's approved Transportation Master Plan.
COASTAL BEND STATE VETERANS CEMETERY - CRYPT & COLUMBARIA EXPANSION
Gilpin provided design and construction administration services for the expansion of the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, TX.
